Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
